Daniel is a lawyer with over 10 years of experience, representing clients in Bolivia in matters as diverse as Corporate Law, Hydrocarbons, Securities and Stock Market, Intellectual Property and Sectorial and Financial Regulation. His practice is focused on Corporate Law, Intellectual Property and Sectorial and Financial Regulation.
- From 2012 to 2013, he advised YPFB Andina S.A. in the negotiation of E&P agreements, including oil and gas complementary delivery agreements with YPFB.
- Co-author of the draft of the new Joint Operating Agreements for the San Alberto and San Antonio gas fields, between YPFB Andina S.A., Petrobras Bolivia S.A. y Total E&P Bolivie, Sucursal Bolivia.
- As an in-house lawyer in SINCHI WAYRA S.A. mining company, a subsidiary of the Swiss GLENCORE PLC, he assisted in implementing the SAP® software for the company´s goods and services procurement processes.
