Hydrocarbons
Since 1990 we have been active in the provision of legal services in the hydrocarbons sector. We actively participated in the three main changes in legislation in this sector in Bolivia.
We know in detail the entire gas export system to Brazil, which is Bolivia’s main business. We participated directly and for at least six (6) years in the gas sales (GSA) and gas transport negotiations through the Bolivia-Brazil pipeline, our clients were YPFB and all the gas producers located in Bolivia.
